Attending is easy! Just visit our registration page, enter your email, and you’re ready to go. If this is your first time with one of our events, you might be asked to fill out a quick form. Don’t worry, we won’t ask for too much information. Hit submit, and you’ll receive a confirmation emails, plus additional reminders leading up to the event. Don’t forget to market that calendar and visit the event website 30 minutes before showtime to dive in.

Can I Add the Event to my Digital Calendar?

Of course! After you After you register, you’ll get calendar options for ICS, Outlook.com, Office 365, Google Calendar, or even Yahoo—take your pick. Find the link in your confirmation email or right on the registration page.

Can I Attend the AI Summit with a Mobile Device?

Absolutely! If you’re on the move, you don’t have to miss out on any of the action. Wherever you are, you’ll be able to attend the event directly from your mobile device browser.

How Do I Cancel my Registration for the AI Summit?

If life gets in the way, and you can no longer attend the AI Summit, don’t worry. You don’t have to cancel anything. Just check back on our website later by clicking the original link you get in your email when you sign up, and you’ll be able to view all of our sessions, for free, on demand, whenever you’re ready.

Why Can’t I Access the Event Page?

Our virtual doors to the AI Summit will open fifteen minutes before the event begins. Before then, you’ll simply be directed back to the main registration page. Don’t panic, just sit tight and you’ll be able to access our exclusive content in no time.

Why Can’t I Hear the Audio?

If you’re experiencing audio issues, here are some troubleshooting tips:

Double-check your speakers and make sure they aren’t muted.
Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
Right-click your browser tab to ensure the webinar isn’t muted.
Look for the volume button in the bottom left of the player—turn that up!
If all else fails, refresh the page and close extra tabs for a smoother stream.

Why Can’t I See the Video Stream?

If you’re struggling to view our video stream, consider switching to a Google Chrome browser. If that doesn’t work:

Turn off any ad blocker extensions in your browser (just in case)
Check your browser allows for third-party cookies
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Ensure your company or network doesn’t block live video streams

What Happens if I miss the AI Summit?

The AI Summit is event you don’t want to miss – but we understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. All of the live sessions will be recorded and available to access on-demand after they’ve aired. Just go back to the original registration link, and catch up whenever it suits you.

Are Closed Captions Available?
