AI Practice Sessions
Recursive GTM
AI-Native Frameworks & Workflows
We built a renewal agent, and learned the hard way that it only works if it gets smarter with every renewal. So we went recursive. The fix sounds backwards: stop handing the hard cases to the customer’s team, and take them on ourselves. Gainsight’s own people now work side by side with the agent, and everything they do gets captured and taught back to make the agent smarter.
Grant Clarke, EVP and GM of Atlas, Gainsight’s AI-native service for renewals, will show you how that loop works and why Gainsight’s on the hook for the renewal outcome. He’ll also share how his team measures progress one task at a time, starting 180 days before the renewal.
Russell Witham, VP of Product at Vivun, and Ryan Radcliff, Director of Product Marketing at Vivun, show how Hero, an AI Sales Teammate, learns from every call it joins and feeds that learning back into the next one. That means sharper prep before the call, technical help during the call, and follow-up after. You’ll see it work on a real account, comparing week one next to week five, so you can see what changes as it learns.
And you won’t need a procurement cycle to try it. HSE listeners get 90 days of Hero free, three times the standard trial, starting the minute this session ends.
Recursive GTM from the buyer’s side
Richard Dumas, co-founder and CMO of SlateCX, shows the question loop running live in a Buyer Workspace and HubSpot. A buyer asks, the agent answers from approved content, and every question it can’t answer becomes a task, labeled as a content gap or a question for a person. You’ll see how to sort buyer questions into content gaps and personalization gaps, and what each one should change. The session draws on SlateCX’s study of 108 B2B websites, where just 4% of answers explained how the product actually works. Related reading: Loop Marketing for B2B: Start with What Buyers Ask
