Event Overview

The Ontology of the Harness

“Today, most companies are built on business processes. In the future, most companies will be built on harnesses.”
— Jensen Huang

AI has made system security a first-order problem, whether the model is open or closed. The harness is the programmable operating model around the organization’s language model(s). Its purpose is twofold: make AI useful without losing control. That requires a harness built around the ontology of the system itself. This summit examines how companies encode their operating reality, secure agent identity and actions, preserve business alpha, transition workflows into autonomous harnesses, and determine where accountability, pricing power, and strategic control ultimately accrue.

From Models to Harnesses—The Architecture of the Agentic Enterprise

Models are becoming interchangeable. The architecture around them is where enterprise control, differentiation, and economics increasingly live. Martin Kihn, SVP Strategy at Salesforce and author of Agentforce, joins Russell Scherwin, former IBM CMO and Force Management facilitator, to examine the operating layer that turns model intelligence into enterprise action: proprietary context, tools, permissions, guardrails, human decision rights, and multi-model orchestration. They’ll explore what this architecture changes about software itself as value moves from seats toward usage, work performed, and outcomes.

The Autonomous Marketing Flywheel

What happens when marketing stops operating as a sequence of campaigns and becomes a system that continuously senses, decides, acts, and learns? Gil Allouche, Founder & CEO of Metadata, explores how real-time buyer signals, MCP, autonomous agents, and revenue feedback are turning the demand engine into an adaptive marketing harness – and where human judgment, strategy, and differentiated market insight still matter most.

From AI Spend to AI Accountability

As AI shifts work from people and software toward tokens, compute, and agents, how should CEOs rethink business models, pricing, margins, headcount, software spend, and capital allocation? How close should pricing move to usage, work completed, or business outcomes while preserving durable economics, and who is ultimately accountable for AI strategy, architecture, risk, and business outcomes across the enterprise?

The Revenue Harness: Why Context Beats Compute

A frontier model can only act on the operating reality the enterprise makes legible to it. Ishan Mukherjee, Co-Founder & CEO of Rox, joins Erik Charles, Head of Revenue at Variabl and former Chief Evangelist at Xactly, to examine how proprietary account context, relationship graphs, permissions, tools, actions, and outcome feedback become the architecture of an agentic revenue system – and why the company that best encodes how it sells may have a greater advantage than the company using the smartest model.

From Individual AI to Institutional AI

Most companies can point to individuals who are dramatically more productive with AI. Far fewer have changed how the institution itself operates. Wade Foster, Co-Founder & CEO of Zapier, joins Kady Srinivasan, CMO of Freshworks, to examine how companies encode operating knowledge, workflows, permissions, and decision logic into shared systems where agents and deterministic automation work together—and how leaders distinguish scattered productivity gains from an operating model that creates durable company-level advantage.

The Adaptive GTM Model

The traditional revenue model assumes the company can predefine the sequence: stage, territory, playbook, next step. An adaptive GTM system operates differently. This roundtable examines how proprietary customer context, live market signals, decision logic, agents, and human judgment can be encoded into a revenue harness that determines the next best action for each account—while keeping ownership, accountability, and control with the enterprise.

Compounding Engagement: The AI Buyer’s Workspace That Never Resets

Most GTM engagement is a series of fresh starts. Every reset starts a fresh conversation and forgets what the buyer already told you. Richard Dumas, Co-Founder and CMO of SlateCX, demos a buyer workspace that accumulates instead. He’ll show how to email a personalized workspace. It’s reopened from a retargeting ad and then a return web visit. The workspace persists with content and conversation history, all generating the signals that trigger the next personalized nudge. Each touch is better informed than the last, so engagement compounds and the entire journey becomes a contextual marketing moat.

The Inbound Harness: You Create the Demand. Agents Turn it into Pipeline

Most inbound demand goes dark. A serious buyer lands, asks a real question, fills out a form, and gets a generic follow-up that forgets everything they just said. Arjun Pillai, Co-founder and CEO of Docket, demos the Inbound Demand Platform that turns real buyer conversations into Agent Qualified Leads: buyers who have articulated their needs, demonstrated fit, and agreed to a next step. He will show how persistent buyer context lets Docket’s AI agents recognize every serious buyer, remember every signal, and run the right next step, so inbound stops being a business process and becomes a harness that produces pipeline.

The Post-Martech GTM Stack—Built for Buyers and Agents

The martech stack was built around human users, fragmented tools, and seller-controlled workflows. Scott Brinker, Analyst & Advisor at chiefmartec, and Kerry Cunningham, Research & Thought Leadership at 6sense, explore what replaces that architecture as buyers increasingly research through AI, agents mediate discovery and evaluation, and GTM systems must adapt in real time—shifting advantage toward shared context, governed orchestration, portability, and the ability to respond to buying groups before traditional funnel signals appear.

The Pattern Breaker After the Model—What Becomes Scarce When Cognition Is Abundant?

AI is creating a new sea change: mass cognition. As intelligence becomes abundant, the advantage shifts to what remains scarce—and to the founders who recognize that shift before it becomes consensus. Mike Maples Jr., Founding Partner at Floodgate and author of Pattern Breakers, examines the inflections opening the agentic era and where the next asymmetric opportunities may emerge: proprietary context, judgment, distribution, institutional knowhow, and harnesses that encode how a company uniquely operates.

I’ve now attended several Al summits put on by Hard Skill Exchange and I can’t recommend it enough.
The revenue leaders winning right now are the ones who’ve figured out how to leverage Al as a competitive advantage, and Hard Skil Exchange summits are where they’re sharing their playbooks.
This isn’t theoretical Al content from consultants; it’s tactical frameworks from operators who’ve implemented Al tools and can show you the before/after metrics.
The question is “How do I adopt Al faster than my competition while avoiding expensive mistakes?” I believe these sessions provide valuable context.
Al innovation is significantly outpacing adoption, and Julia Nimchinski and her team are doing an amazing job of helping bridge the gap. Thank you!

“Enjoyed the sessions during the Hard Skill Exchange AI Summit today.
One of the sessions focused on leveraging AI in outbound prospecting efforts.
A few takeaways…
80% of the buyer journey happens before they even speak with a seller.
People are intentionally writing emails to not look like AI even if they’re using AI to find and target them.
It’s next to impossible to get someone in market when they are not already shopping for a solution (At least for a purchase within next 12 months).
Use #AI and data to find those in market and (3% or less are in market at a given time) FOCUS efforts there.
Most companies are using the same signals like job changes so in order to stand out blend 1st party data along with these signals you and everyone else are capturing”

“The best part of my job is getting to speak to the smartest people in the sales tech market. I had the opportunity to do this yesterday at the Hard Skill Exchange #AISummit. We talked about AI in qualification. Here are a few comments that stood out from the conversation.
People and AI together is where things are going. Anyone who says they can replace your BDR/SDR is overselling AI and their product;
Only replace your BDR/SDR with AI if you are ok with burning your TAM to the ground;
The BDR/SDR of the future will require a much higher skill level than they do now;
AI will let buyers get more value from the qualification process;
The current version of BDR/SDR processes leads to so much spam. I wish I could declare email bankruptcy to make it stop. It keeps me from catching opportunities I may really value”

“Day 1 of the AI Summit for B2B hosted by Hard Skill Exchange sparked some thought-provoking conversations. Here are a few things to consider:
AI’s potential goes beyond efficiency—it’s time to focus on how AI can drive effectiveness in marketing and sales.
In AI-driven prospecting, less is more—accuracy should be prioritized over volume.
Context is king: AI can equip GTM teams with the right information at the right time, improving the buyer experience.
With 80–90% of the sales process happening before a conversation with Sales, salespeople must evolve into buyer enablers.
What are your key takeaways from adjusting your GTM strategy in response to AI advancements?”
