Julia Nimchinski:
And now, please welcome Vinay Ba, the CEO and co-founder of Breviant. Super excited for this session. Today, Vinay will demonstrate the unstoppable wrap, Autonomous Revenue Agents on every call. Vinay, long time I’ll see, how are you doing?
Vinay Wagh:
Good, how are you?
Julia Nimchinski:
Super excited for this.
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, absolutely. Alright, so I’m gonna jump in, have a couple of slides to, put forward before we jump into the live demo. So let me share my… How are you doing?
Ratesh Dhir:
Good, how are you?
Julia Nimchinski:
Superhuman.
Ratesh Dhir:
Yeah, absolutely. All right, so I’m gonna jump in, have a couple of slides to…
Julia Nimchinski:
Ratesh, I’m sorry, I just muted you.
Vinay Wagh:
Cool. Alright, can you see my slides?
Julia Nimchinski:
Yep.
Vinay Wagh:
Awesome. Alright. Okay, a quick introduction on my end. I’m Vinay, I’m the co-founder and CEO of Brevian. Now, prior to joining Brevian, I was at Databricks for nearly 5 years, but I was one of the early product hires, right? My role there was to build the enterprise platform.
It was a technical product, it had a lot of product breadth, and so I… my job primarily became being in the field with, with sales and sales engineers, trying to move the deals forward, explain to the customer how the whole thing works, and that gave me a real appreciation for you know, just, how these sales calls actually happen, what customers ask, how these, you know, objections are actually handled.
And in Databricks, we had a 1 is to 1 ratio, right, for SE to AE. So, we could do that, and we could have reps and SEs on every call. That wasn’t possible elsewhere. So, now that the technology has reached its inflection point, I think we, you know, we can actually solve that problem in a more elegant and a more scalable way.
So that’s what I’m here to talk to you about. Now, before I begin, I just want to say that, you know, a lot of people who are probably listening to this have built, you know, programs to help teach, train, and get their reps to do better, right?
And what I’m saying is, despite all of the efforts that we’ve put in, the gap between what sellers actually, how they learn, and what they do in the field has never been wider. And that’s not because, you know, and that’s not because the training programs aren’t good. They’ve actually gotten a lot better.
It’s because what we are asking them to do is no longer possible. And I’m here to tell you that I think we need to rethink how we think about training reps and how we help them on drive these sales calls. But let’s first look at a data point. We’ve all seen the pace at which AI coding tools are being adopted and the code is being generated.
Developers produce four times the amount of code now, and in Frontier Labs, they’re saying now that 90% of all code that’s generated is AI-generated. So what does that mean, right? It means that every system that is built around human scale is breaking.
Whether it is securing the code that’s generated by this AI, or, like, you know, testing that code or documenting it, all breaks. And there’s one more thing that breaks. The product changes faster than reps can actually learn it. and sell it. And that’s what’s basically happening.
So, our answer so far for this gap has been, hey, let’s take people, make them subject matter experts, they go deep. They either go deep on a vertical, they either go deep on a domain, and then we have multiple SMEs to close that gap between where the product is and where the reps actually are. And this becomes a resource management problem.
Like, oh, I don’t have access to a healthcare SE on this call, so we’ve kind of missed, and we have delayed the meeting, or we’ve pushed it ahead. And that’s kind of the game that gets played today, right?
And if you put numbers on this human side of this problem, you look at ramp times being, you know, 6 months or higher in case of, you know, more technical products. And 70% of what you actually teach reps is lost within a week, and this is, like, consistent across all the folks we speak to, right?
If you look at the training program people, they’ll tell you that they have all these sessions during kickoffs. one week later, like, people are not doing it. And so that’s real. And then 40% of questions that get asked in these meetings, don’t get answered.
And I think what I’m saying here is that it’s not… they’re failing anymore, because the surface area has just increased so much that it is not possible for a human to keep this knowledge in their head and then be able to do the right thing on every call, right? So it was the ask that was the problem.
Now… One other infliction point, or one other trend that’s happening is the information asymmetry between the buyer and the seller has flipped. Right? You buyer used to come to the seller, they wanted to know about the industry, what people are doing, how are they solving the problem, and the seller brought that knowledge into the meeting.
Now, the buyer is actually go into ChatGPD and Claude, they put a scorecard, here’s what I’m looking for, here’s my priority list, here’s I want you to score different vendors, and they get a whole evaluation on, you know, who they should be talking to. Now. The interesting thing here is that the AI is as right as it is wrong, right?
And the data shows that 67% of the people who actually use AI, they do want to talk to a rep to validate some of the facts that they read, that the AI has actually told them.
So, now, what your rep is actually dealing with is not just that they have to know about your… all the, you know, surface area of the product, they’re dealing with a buyer who’s walking into this meeting with a notion about your product that they want to validate.
So, if they tell you, like, hey, like, you know, we really need SAML with URIDirects, and I know that, you know, it’s mentioned that you guys don’t have the support, but it’s critical for us, like, do you support it? If your rep doesn’t have the answer to these calls, they’re going to say, hey, let me get back to you on that.
Or… let me try and get an SME, or let me go and try and look somewhere to see if I can find that information, or ask them. Yeah, and there… the chances are that you’ve lost the momentum. And, you know, data shows 70% of the people who go dark after the demo never come back.
And there are various reasons for that, but obviously one is just, okay, you didn’t have it, your competitor already explained them everything, and they’ve gone with the customer, right?
So… The… the thing we have to realize is, in order to solve this, typically if you look at… if, you know, you look at a sales leader, what are… what are they… what are they dealing with, right?
They’re dealing with the fact that, okay, if you have to solve this problem, I’m gonna need sales engineers or SMEs, which means if I’m given a certain amount of budget. I have to divide that between people who are carrying quota, and people who are going to support that quota. So sales engineers versus, like, reps.
And sales engineers will help you win more, reps will carry more quota. And so, depending on your ACV, you have to divide the ratio of A’s to SCs in order to kind of solve this problem. And what we’re saying is, we are past that point, right? Our answer, I mean, basically at this point.
technology has reached an infliction point where AI can learn all of those product details, it has all the context about your business, and it’s able to convert, speak like a human, interact with humans in how they communicate. So we can actually solve this problem in a much more elegant way.
And what we are saying is, use AI to do this, the technology is there. Now, most of you would be thinking, okay, well, what does this mean for sales enablement in my, kind of, day-to-day job?
And… it just means that instead of only enabling reps and giving that material to reps and training them, you’re giving it to AI that’s then going to not only train your reps, but also be with them every step of the way, helping them out. And so, you go from being, you know, from a teacher to Almost being a director, right?
And so that’s… that… that is the change in role. Now, you… what I’m gonna show you today is… that sort of AI, that brain, we’ve built that at Brevian, and we help your reps through every step of the way. But what I’m going to focus on in this particular demo is show you that how this AI can be given an objective or certain skills.
And it can help your reps not only execute great calls, but also help them improve their performance over time, all based on the instructions you’ve given them, and you get the role of reviewing and directing it. Right, so let me… Get into that real quick. Okay, let’s get into the app first. This is the Brevian app, right? -
It has a whole bunch of capabilities and features that, you know, we’re not going to get into all of it, but I’m going to stick to a specific subset of features. So I told you about how, as an enablement person or a manager, you’d come in. You would basically come in and define a set of skills in Brevian, right? To say, hey, I have a sales play.
I want everybody to pitch platform, and I want everybody’s discovery to be very platform-centric, because that’s what we need all our hundreds of reps to do in the field. Now, typically, you would have gone and done a lot of sales training and all of that, which is still good, but what you can do in Brevian is you can programmatize it.
Like, for example, these are all the skills that we’ve put in Brevian. you can go and edit these, and you can say, you know what, this skill, I want to apply this to every meeting. The persona can be sales rep, or account executive, or you can have… only apply it to this portion of my sales stages.
So you can say, for discovery, I want… this skill is relevant for discovery and evaluation, and nothing else, right? And then. Once you’ve defined these, these skills, you can actually go and test them on a meeting to see how they would have… executed on a specific meeting.
So you click test, and then, you know, you can pick a certain meaning, and then you can, you know, apply it and see how the scorecard would work. But when you’re ready, you publish it, and now these skills are in the system, right? How you do discovery, how you do product positioning.
And then after every meeting, like, in this case, we had a meeting, you know, we had a meeting with a customer, and we were just talking. the scorecard gets applied after the meeting on every stage.
It tells me the highlights, what I did well, what improvements I would need, and then every scorecard that you’ve put, that you’ve customized in your system, shows up here with its rating, right? Typically, people put, like, 5 to 6 at an even point in time. I’ve just put… we put 10 in to, sort of. showcase the product.
But the whole idea here is it rates your discovery, it gives you what you did well, what needs improvement. And it also gives you the timestamps in the call where you can go and see, like, hey, here’s why we gave you that feedback.
So now, if you had an initiative or a new sales play on platform selling, you program the scorecards, you put them in, and now it starts capturing after every call, right?
But then, what you have to realize is, not everybody reads these after every call, because it’s a lot of information, and maybe not all reps that are having 4 or 5 meetings a day are going to go look at this. But this is all going into the system.
It’s going into Brevian that’s collecting personal feedback about every rep, how they did in that meeting, and it’s accumulating that to spot trends, right? And then what it does is. let me show you, this, sort of chart.
What it does is, it basically correlates your entire team and how they’re doing on different scores, scorecards or skills that you’ve set for them.
And you can, obviously, you can customize this table, you can choose which skill you want to compare, but then what you can do is go for… into a specific person, and then start seeing their weekly snapshot. Hey, like, what happened in the last week, right?
They’re basically saying, okay, in this case, the person’s moving into demo and pricing too quickly, before actually pinning down the buyer’s priority and pain. So then, we create a plan. Here’s how you focus, here’s a recommended action. Right?
And then, this plan gets fed into the AI system as well, which will then generate roleplays and other things for you to practice that, right? But the idea is you can start tracking how your top… how your rep is now doing compared to the top performers. And you can start seeing the skills that you’ve defined, how is that changing over time?
So in this case. you know, this person, like, is below average in terms of next steps in closing, you know, but in terms of product knowledge, okay, very spotty, that definitely needs improvement.
And so, what you can do is start… get a dashboard on, like, hey, here’s the real conversation I have, here’s where we can improve, here are the skills that matter in our company, and here’s how you’re doing against them, right? This is a conversation that you can have in a weekly one-on-one or bi-weekly one-on-one, you choose your cadence.
But that’s how you program scorecards. And then, what ends up happening there is, like, after you do that, based on that weekly scorecard that got generated, or bi-weekly, roleplays are automatically created, right?
They come into the system, they get a notification, by the way, AI has analyzed all your calls based on the skills told to us, and we are recommending that you do these roleplays. And then you can go and click and say, hey, why am I recommended these roleplays?
And then we tell you, like, hey, that’s because, you know, your score in discovery was lower based on the rubric that your, you know, leaders have set, or your sales enablement has set, and here are the meetings where you didn’t do well. So you need to go there, and now you need to practice.
And so this role play is automatically crafted based on The performance of that specific rep. and what they need help with, and it’s generated for them. So it’s like having a personalized coach, as opposed to going for a, you know, CrossFit class with, like, 30 people, right? That’s kind of what it is.
And then, now once the roleplay is done, you have them You know, you know that your reps are getting feedback after every call, they’re getting a weekly review, they see how they’re doing against things, they also get, role plays to practice.
And then, the next step of this is, like, those same skills and those same sort of skills can be applied to helping them live on a call. So, for that, we have a capability called Live Assist, and in Live Assist, it’s a very similar thing. You create a instructions on how you want to help your rep at different stages of the deal.
And so, for example, this is what it is for discovery. I picked, I picked a stage, I can add these custom skills here, and say I want to help them with the skills that I’ve defined in the past, how it should help them, how often on every call should it jump in and nudge them, and the whole prompt that you want, right? And so.
if you look at, in general, if you look at, how this works, what I’ve done is, I can show you a demo video of how this actually works in a live meeting, but I’ve also, you know, essentially, like… okay, name the icon… Let’s go… let me just go back to the slides and show you what that looks like in real life. Okay, so let’s go here.
I’m gonna play this video, let me know if you can’t hear the audio. But once you set up this prompt, you can… you can just have… we have a desktop app that silently listens to the meeting, and then nudges your reps live based on what’s happening in the call.
So here, you will see a demo for just better discovery for Brevian, and let me know if you can’t hear it. Ratesh, thanks for taking the time. What piqued your interest in taking the call Braveen today? Hey Vinay, good to see you. Yeah, so the biggest issue right now is discovery. We have a team of about 30 people.
We have, like, a well-defined discovery methodology and a set of questions that every rep is supposed to ask, but it’s really inconsistent. Okay, so… Okay, so here, Brevian just came in, and it said, okay, you know what, he’s describing the pain. You need to understand when discovery breaks, what happens to the team.
And the reason it’s asking and suggesting this is because we’ve programmed our discovery to say, pain point, impact, metric that’ll move the, measure the impact, so that we can help you move it. Unless you get that, that’s what you’re supposed to do on every discovery call, right?
So now it’s suggesting, hey, he’s describing pain, let’s see what happens downstream. Can… ask him to describe that. Just curious, like, when this actually discovery breaks, what happens downstream for the team?
So, really, it ends up… being that we have a lot of qualified, deals, that really shouldn’t move forward because the discovery wasn’t great. You know, on paper they looked good, but later we realized that we didn’t understand the customer’s pain or timeline.
Or the stakeholders, and so we wasted cycles on opportunities that were really not properly qualified. Okay, so basically, you’re saying that deals either stall, lose. And in a way, kind of based cycles of the team. Why is it that these reps are not actually, qualifying the deals well? I’m curious, are they going opening on that side?
Yeah, so we do, we do coach them, you know, we have enablement sessions and so forth. Okay, so now, just to give you an idea, what’s happening here is it says, okay, we know that deals get wasted, now let’s figure out how many of these are going into that zone. You know, what percentage of these.
Now, the way to view this live assist is essentially like a GPS. It’s not meant to be prescriptive, it’s not meant to be a teleprompter, but what it’s doing is it’s analyzing the calls so far, it knows your objective. Hey, we are trying to do a platform sale, and the way we do it is by pain impact metric.
Here’s what’s happened in the call so far, here’s what you haven’t done. Probe this question so you can surface up the right pain, right? And we’ve seen this work incredibly well for us. because what we end up doing is, we landed a large multinational customer because of this, because we had a call that was really dead-end.
It wasn’t going anywhere. We were trying to figure out how to, you know, make inroads into it. They were already a Gong customer, and they were asking all kinds of questions. And then Live Assist popped in, and because it had all our deal history, it had all our conversation history, it basically said, ask them about the renewals team, right?
And the minute we… we said, hey, okay, let me ask them about the renewals team. I said, like, that’s a great idea, because they’re a super junior team, and they could really use some assistance on the call, and that’d be a perfect fit for this. And we got the meeting, and the deal moved forward. So the whole idea here is.
You… you would be able to, like, literally get your enablement and your sales play into every meeting across your entire sales org with the change of a prompt in a central location. That’s the power you get for orchestrating your meetings, right? And this goes on. It surfaces up collateral, it surfaces up all kinds of, information on live calls.
Now, once this happens. you know, you basically come in and, you know, you’ve set up your live assist, now you’ve done that as well. But sometimes, you know, what happens is, like, you get questions, or there’s, like, detailed technical questions that come up, product questions that come up.
That’s… that you can’t help a rep with Live Assist, because, you know, a rep is not going to pretend to be technical, even if some question came up, and your assist kind of told them, yeah, answer this. Yeah, but what happens if they ask a follow-up? Like, you’re dead in the water because now you’re pretending to be an SE when you’re not.
And for that reason. we believe that the live assist during live meetings has to be kind of like a coach, and it has to nudge you every so often and help you guide the call.
And then you need an AI sales engineer on the call that already knows about your product and, you know, all the information that no human can possibly have, and then you can have them join the call to answer those questions, right? And so now what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna… let’s see if this works.
If this doesn’t work, we’ll switch to, the video, because I heard there are some issues with the Zoom and these agents joining, so let’s see if it comes through. Julia, you might get a request for, bravian to join.
Julia Nimchinski:
I’m trying to, bring your agent, actually, to the panelists, and… I’m promoting it now…
Vinay Wagh:
Okay.
Julia Nimchinski:
Nope.
Vinay Wagh:
Okay, so it’s Hill, right? It’s Hill.
Julia Nimchinski:
He’s not sending the account.
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, I can see it in there, right? So, basically, we have… it’s an unfortunate name for a demo, actually, that we’ve given our agent, but, you know, the idea here is that, you know, you can have this come join the call, and it’s available for all those answers. So I can say, I have Ratesh with me right now, who’s our head of go-to-market.
He can pretend to be a customer if required, but I can introduce… Hey, Murphy, can you introduce yourself?
Murphy:
I am Murphy from Brevian, an AI sales engineer here to help answer product and technical questions in real time so reps can stay focused on the customer. I connect to your approved knowledge and workflows to keep answers fast and accurate.
Vinay Wagh:
Cool. Hey, Ratesh, you wanna… you had some questions? You’re on mute.
Ratesh Dhir:
fast, and equitable. Okay.
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah.
Ratesh Dhir:
Okay, cool. Hey, Vinay, good to meet you. You had some questions? Can you hear me okay?
Vinay Wagh:
No, I think you have an echo going on, so maybe we… we just pause.
Ratesh Dhir:
You’re on mute.
Vinay Wagh:
Back on mute again?
Ratesh Dhir:
Yep.
Vinay Wagh:
You have some echo going on, we’re seeing the same thing come up again. So I’ll just ask, like, hey Murphy, can you walk me through, what Salesforce objects Brevian syncs with, and do you support custom objects?
Murphy:
Let me pull up the relevant integration details so we can look at the supported objects clearly. I’m going to put this Salesforce objects list on screen so everyone can see exactly what’s included while I explain custom object support.
We sync core Salesforce objects like accounts, opportunities, contacts and roles, tasks and events, products, and pipeline stages, so the guidance and automation stay tied to the deal context. We also support custom fields and schemas, which is how we fit your specific Salesforce setup, rather than forcing a generic model.
Vinay Wagh:
Thanks, Murphy, but I see this thing called, Ask Anything About Your Pipeline. Can you give me a little bit more details on that?
Murphy:
It means Brentian can answer pipeline questions using your connected CRM data and the context captured from calls and deals, so the responses reflect what is actually happening, not just static fields. Because it is stage-aware, the guidance lines up with where each deal sits in the process.
Vinay Wagh:
Awesome. Alright, thanks. Thanks, Muffy. I actually had another question. Our team is super sensitive about security, and so, can you… give me, actually, hey, Murphy, can you describe what security controls you have in place to protect, your infrastructure and tenant isolation and sort of data access?
Murphy:
We use tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, single sign-on and access controls, and a dedicated audit-logged integration user so actions are scoped and traceable. We also protect sensitive data with redaction and do not use your data to train models.
Vinay Wagh:
Okay, thanks a lot, Murphy, we’re just gonna talk amongst ourselves. All right, so basically, the idea is you don’t just give it knowledge base. What you can do with AI is you can give it specific sales place. You can have the AI ask you technical qualification questions.
So if you had a capability and you were like, hey, make sure you get these three information before you… from the customer before we proceed, AI can do that for you, alright? So all of that is possible because you control all of this, essentially, you control all of this through a prompt, right?
So if you look at, basically, let me go in here… Yeah, this is… the way you pick the name, you can pick avatars, so you can have different versions of this, so if you wanted a face versus a logo, most people prefer kind of a face there, I mean, a logo, because they don’t want, like, the avatars.
It’s kind of, like, the comfort level isn’t there yet. And then. you get to choose those same skills and prompts here.
So you can provide the prompt, you can decide which tools to allow it, the slide presentation style, you can enable product search, web search, or knowledge-based search, and there are other advanced parameters if you care, so your team can actually go into, like, you know, interruption levels for any… for how they can be interrupted and whatnot.
So we give you full control over that.
Now, your enablement team is basically gonna go and centrally control how every rep gets help on every call, whether it is coaching them to ask the right questions, improve discovery, answer all the questions that come up that they don’t have answers to, and then coach them after that to automatically get better, all with a central AI system.
So I’m going to pause there, because I know we’re supposed to have time for Q&A. -
Julia Nimchinski:
Thank you so much, Vinay. So, first of all, I think this is one of the most impressive UX UI experiences, not to mention the technical capabilities when you invited the agent. Like, the latency, everything, phenomenal job, A+, on the team.
Vinay Wagh:
Bing, bang.
Julia Nimchinski:
And… let’s just address a couple of questions here. So, one of the questions that got submitted is, how does the agent know, when to centrally show up, just like this experience we just had, and when just to be, you know, transparent, and how does it just, you know. intertwines.
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, exactly. I think so what we did is… again, you… you control, you control that well, and we work with you to tune that prompt or those instructions really well. But the whole idea is you can decide to have a wake phrase. You give it a name and a wake phrase, and unless the Wake phrase is said, it won’t chime in.
And so right now, it won’t speak unless you ask me a question and I redirect it. You can also decide it can jump in at a specific topic. It’s risky to do that because, you know, it has to evaluate that topic really well.
So what we recommend is just have a wake phrase, and let the rep be in control of when to get AI into the conversation, instead of having the AI jump into any call. So that’s how it decides, and then based on the information, it gives you the answer. Answers, based on the knowledge bases.
Julia Nimchinski:
Yeah, one more question here, does this connect with GHL? And how does it work for, I mean, for reps? who call, yeah, who call leads via GHL.
Vinay Wagh:
What exactly? I’m sorry, I’m not familiar with what GHL is.
Julia Nimchinski:
I’m gonna clarify it, but, while I’m doing that, let’s address the next one. So… Folks are asking if you have a direct competition with any vendor, and how do you think about this category?
Vinay Wagh:
Oh, yeah, I mean, you know, like, I think this is… mark my words, like, there’s gonna be AI in every sales call next year. Like, it’s just gonna be a norm across a lot of companies, and if you don’t have one. it is… your competitors have one, so remember that. And so, there are companies that are… that are doing this now.
Like, I think, the distinction between us and other companies that do this is that we are designed for a rep to use day-to-day, right? We are not targeting this as a… only an AI SE kind of a thing that joins the call.
If you see, we have everything from roleplay, deal intelligence, forecasting, it’s all built for a rep to operate and execute a deal. And we believe that we are one of the… we are the only vendor that has those set of capabilities. Now, we do see… I think Vivin has… who did a demo before this, has an AI in-call. I think OneMind might mention that.
So, there are two or three vendors now in this space that are doing something similar, but our whole motion is around go after products that have some amount of breadth, technical depth, and are designed for reps to execute through the whole cycle. Or just one thing, yeah.
Julia Nimchinski:
And one last question here, Vinay. What’s the first measurable improvement customers typically see after deploying?
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, so first one, I mean, the first one, depending on the capabilities you deploy, right, because it’s a whole platform, but what we target is, we basically say that your… we… your… the quality of your discovery that your reps do is going to significantly increase.
So we… we basically have, depending on the metrics you all typically have, we say that the number of deals that actually… your win rates eventually improve because more deals are better qualified. That’s the higher-level metric, but we look at mid-funnel deal stalls and deal drops as one metric that improves.
So that’s… that gets right away, because your discovery is great. And then, you know, the… the aspect of just the AIC in call, like, this is something we work with you, we understand the math of having a sales engineer on the first few calls, and what does it mean to not have them, and you won’t believe it.
For a lot of these big tech companies, it can be in the order of triple-digit millions across a couple of years to have a rep on every first call. So what we end up doing is we do an ROI computation just based on what does it mean to not have as many SCs on these calls, and that tends to be pretty big.
And that’s how we kind of price it as well for you, based on that ROI. So those are ones, but obviously there are other metrics we drive using deal intelligence, forecasting, and other things.
Julia Nimchinski:
And just to clarify the last question, our community clarified it, actually. So GHL, go high level, it’s a CRM. Expending my taku.
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, okay. Yeah, we support, Salesforce HubSpot right now, and those are the two big main ones that we support, and we have support coming for a few others, but we don’t have GHL support. That’s why I was a little confused, yeah.
Julia Nimchinski:
Awesome. Thank you so much, and what’s the next best step?
Vinay Wagh:
Yeah, next best step is we have… sign up for a demo. When you sign up for a demo with Brevian, we’ll come in with our AI that already knows about your product. So the demo won’t be generic, it’ll be interacting with an AIC as they would on calls with your customers. So we do that for you.
So hit me up on LinkedIn, sign up for our demo on the Brevian website, it’s pretty easy, and yeah, we’d love to show you what we can do for you.
Julia Nimchinski:
Thank you so much.
Vinay Wagh:
Coop. Alright.
